REGISTRATION

Although we are planning on having PayPal , registration will have to be done by regular mail for the time being. One half of the total for all workshops and the registration fee must accompany the registration. If a workshop is cancelled because of low enrollment, a total refund will be made—including the registration fee if that is the only workshop you have signed up for. Balance of workshop fees and banquet money must be received by March 15^th, 2008. If you sign up for a workshop and then cancel, full refund will be made, minus the registration fee up until February 1^st, 2008. Cancellations made between February 2^nd and March 1^st, 2008 will receive a refund of 75% minus the registration fee. Cancellations occurring between March 2^nd and March 15^th will receive a 50% refund minus the registration fee. Cancellations occurring after March 15th will receive a refund of 35%, minus the registration fee, only if another person signs up for that workshop to fill your space .

The New York WOW will not be held financially responsible if any or all of the WOW 2008 must be cancelled due to man-made or natural diasters.
